Some people asked me the same thing again and again. So I decided to write this FAQ.

Is there a way to change the font face?
Yes, of course. You have to use the parameter FONT (jmText only).

When I go to view it using Netscape I get the following message: Applet can't start: error: java.lang.ClassFormatError
You have to put all the .class files online. And you must spell the filenames correctly with upper AND lower case characters. ( CreditRoll.class )

Can the background be made transparent?
No, not at this time. All you can do is to use a bitmap in the background of jmText.

How can I change the URL the applet is linking to?
Please use the parameter URL. Note: there ist no way to switch off the link.

I am trying to use your great java applet, Credit Roll V1.0 on the black screen; when I try to test it, sometimes, but not always the message doesn't appear.. It is just blank screen when the status bar says teh "Credit Roll is running".
This is a known bug of CreditRoll an it is fixed in jmText V1.3.
